Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for services provided by Royece, a B2B UI/UX design studio based in Narmadapuram, India.

1. Advance Payments

Advance payments reserve studio capacity and cover onboarding, research, planning, and the start of production. Once work has started, advance payments are non-refundable.

2. Project Cancellation

Either party may cancel a project by providing written notice. If a client cancels, the client remains responsible for all completed work and committed costs up to the cancellation date. Royece will provide an itemised summary of completed work where appropriate.

3. Retainer Cancellations

Monthly or ongoing retainers may be cancelled with at least 30 days’ written notice. Work will continue through the applicable notice period unless otherwise agreed in writing. Fees already invoiced for the current billing period remain payable.

4. Eligible Refunds

Where a refund is agreed in writing, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Bank processing times and Stripe processing times may vary.
